Welcome to Madbuntu. MadBuntu is the intersection of old school hacking and the new media. This blog will focus Linux for the modern user. We will be solving problems and finding solutions. We want to remove the barrier that people think exists with Linux. Anyone can use Linux and many more should.
I’m Sean and I run MadBuntu. I’ve been a Linux devotee for over 10 years. I’ve worked as a webmaster, programmer, systems admin and security consultant. I’ve administered just about every flavor of Unix that has existed at one point or another. I’ve been running my personal blog at seanelavelle.com for over a year and have started MadBuntu as a way to branch out.
